Let’s discuss POTM for December in Premier League.
Very hard month due to amount of games played. Most of the players played between 5-6 games, so let’s see who stood out.
Liverpool went unbeaten this month and kept 4 clean sheets in 5 games, also won vs Leicester and Everton, so at least 1 player from Liverpool will be nominated.
Southampton performed well and climbed up the table and Danny Ings the reason for that, goal scoring machine for them
Everton changed their manager twice in 1 month and went on a decent run. Calvert-Lewin scored all of their 5 goals, so he should be nominated too
Rashford and Martial, dynamic duo for United performed well, even tho I think only Rashford will be nominated.
Vardy still scoring and Leicester still playing well, despite 2 lost games vs City and Liverpool.
And the main candidate is KDB. I’ll now explain why.
Let’s start.
Kevin De Bruyne. Insane month for KDB. 3 goals and 3 assists, highest match ratings, a lot of MOTM performances and fundamental game vs Arsenal and very good game vs Sheffield. Only downside to him – City lost 2 games this month to United and Wolves, but still KDB even in a lost game got an assist. Should be guaranteed POTM, but we’ll see how it goes.
Chances of POTM: 40%
Tips for investing:
I expect it to be really expensive. The price of Mane, around that, so I expect: 85 rated squad, 2x86, 87 and 88 rated squads.
Sounds fun, right?
Best investments are fodders. Of course they are. POTMs lately became pretty boring in terms of investments and overall rarely require anything but fodders. But fodders from PL should rise no matter what.
Also Belgium IFs should work well, like IF Kompany for example
Worth investing?I’d say just buy some fodder cards
Estimated cost: 700-800k. He’ll be one of the better POTMs in game: 95 rated CAM and close to TOTY – might get his price a bit lower than I expect, so anyway it’ll be expensive, but very good card
Trent Alexander-Arnold
My 2nd candidate for POTM. Player from Liverpool, who deserves an award in my eyes equally to KDB, he had 1 goal and 3 assists and 4 clean sheets and a lot of praise for him by every one in Premier League. Another player who’ll get TOTY, but POTM would be actually much cheaper and interesting option too.
Chances of POTM: 30%
Tips for investing:
Hard to price him. In my opinion he shouldn’t be too expensive and would require something like: 84,85 and 86 rated squads.
Worth investing? Investing in fodder is da way for POTMS
Estimated Cost: 150-200k. I think it’s a fair price for 87(88) rated RB from Prem who will link to TOTY VVD or RTTF Joe Gomez.
Marcus Rashford is my another candidate for this POTM. 5 goals from him, results from United were a bit strange, but winning goal vs City and 2 goals vs Spurs and 5 goals in total – he should be at least nominated. His card is very popular in FUT, so it’ll be interesting if he’ll win

Tips for investing:
Let’s imagine… 84,85,86,87 rated squads. 4 parts of SBC and it looks fair, as we saw how popular he is in FUT. Also his FUTMAS card wouldn’t be much worse, so count that in your mind
Estimated cost: 300k-350k. A bit more expensive than his FUTMAS, as his card would be 1 rating higher than FUTMAS
Calvert-Lewin, Vardy or Ings would be really cheap cards, so there aren’t much to cover. All of them wouldn’t be more than 60k, so no point of investing
Chances of winning: 10%
Overall I think it’s gonna be KDB or TAA. Both players had a very nice month and it’ll depend on pundits. Also, both players will get TOTY, so keep that in your mind.
