Hello and welcome to week 9 of our Team of the Week predictions for FUT 23. Last TOTW for a bit, we’re off to WC and it’s sad, but also exciting time. WC in Winter should be fun. We’ll see.
After last week’s decent result, I’m trying to continue the trend and show good result once again. This week was hard to predict, as it had few match days in most leagues and it was confusing. I’ve tried to mixed 2 matchdays in 1 good TOTW and let’s see what I managed to do.
Main highlights… ugh, here lies a problem. There aren’t many really expensive players, but there are few decent ones: Nunez scored 2 goals for Liverpool and his OTW going to look very good soon (if Uruguay wins at least 1 game at WC), Nuno Mendes got 2 assists and his featured TOTW would be really good too. There’s a chance for SIF Kroos, whose IF was already nice, IF Odegaard for 2 goals for Arsenal, another Musiala too.
Tiago Djalo had good game for Lille and might also get featured TOTW, but I would like Nuno Mendes more. Few strikers performed well: Kean scored 3 goals in 2 important games for Juve, Toney scored 2 goals vs City, Ings scored 2 goals vs Brighton. So yeah, there are some nice SIFsMid cards, nothing exceptional.
