This PlayStyle is only active when a player is taking either a corner or a free kick, the most noticeable thing with this PlayStyle is that players who have this, their ball trajectory preview line is longer, meaning you are able to see with greater accuracy as to where the corner or free kick is going to end up.

Essentially any player who has this PlayStyle their set pieces are delivered with increased speed, curve and accuracy as well as you being able to see with greater accuracy where the set piece will finish.

What is the most effective way to use this PlayStyle?

There are only two ways you can use this PlayStyle and that is from corners and free kicks, from corners you are able to perform pin point accurate crosses to your players to give you a greater chance at scoring.
