Heel to Ball Roll Tutorial

It’s time for you to learn one of, if not the best skills for taking the ball round the keeper and defenders in EA FC 24. The heel to ball roll was introduced last year and has found to be one of the most used skills since its arrival to the game series.

Who can perform the heel to ball roll?
The heel to ball roll is a 4 star skill so you will need to make sure your player has the ability to perform either 4 or 5 star skill moves. All 4 star skillers in FC 24

How to perform the heel to ball roll?
The heel to ball roll is a simple skill to add to your game, in this example we will be showing you how to perform the skill if your player was moving from the bottom of the pitch towards the top. On PlayStation the button combination is almost the same as a regular heel to heel where the flick the right stick downwards and then upwards but this time you will be holding down L1/LB as you perform it to trigger the ball roll exit.

When to use the heel to ball roll?
This skill is used in almost every 1 on 1 situation with the opponents goalkeeper as they simply don’t have the ability to stop it 90% of the time with it leading to an easy tap in for you.

Another example of when best to use this skill is when you are facing up a defender around the edge of the area, if you manage to get past your opponent it will likely open up a nice shooting opportunity or the chance to look for a teammate who is through on goal.
