FUTWIZ Mark11 FC 24 In Game Settings
Set up your game like a pro
We understand that there is a lot of choices and variation when it comes to game and controller settings, so we asked FUTWIZ pro Mark11 for the settings he uses, and is going to take you through the key settings which you should be using in order to help improve you game.
Competitive Preset
As you would expect the controller settings preset is set to Competitive, this is something which everyone should have on if you wish to compete in Rivals/Weekend League as it turns itself on by default within these modes.
Timed Finishing
A lot of people will have this off, however one of the biggest skill gaps within the game is timed finishing, if you turn this one and master it you will score more chances.
Passing Assistance
These are the key passing assistance settings that I use, there is some variation which could be used however these are the default settings so there is no need to switch away from these.
Tactical Defending
This choice is somewhat contentious as EA have introduced a new type of defending into FC 24, this is called Advanced Defending, however Tactical Defending is the defending style from previous versions of the game and a I am more comfortable with this style of defending.
Switching
When choosing my switching settings there are a few things that I change that you should too, the Auto Switching and Move Assistance is set to On Air and Loose Balls and None, this is so there is minimal switching a movement and allows the switching to be more manual.
Also, ensure right stick switching is set to Player Relative and not Ball Relative, this will make right stick switch easier and more consistent.
These are just some of the settings and reasons as to why I choose them. I would recommend these as a baseline and for you to then experiment with different settings to suit your game.
