Hello and welcome to Premier League POTM predictions. We just finished one hectic month with a lot of football and there are some interesting movements in a table. Liverpool seems like to be cruising to their dream and 20th title, while Arsenal, riddled with attacking injuries, will settle for 2nd spot. Race for other 2 (maybe 3) UCL spots on the cards and there are tons of contenders. Relegation trio seems to be settled on too.
So, now, clear favorite to me: Mohammed Salah. Another incredible, wonderful, amazing month with loads of goals and assists and overall great performances. 2 goals vs Bournemouth away, 1g1a in each draws to Villa and Everton, 1g1a in 2-0 win at Etihad, 1 goal in 2-1 win over Wolves and 1 assist in 2-0 win over Newcastle. What do you want more from him? That’s 10 involvements in 6 games, that’s more than enough to be claimed POTM once again. We should see him getting another POTM, it should be 92 rated card and should be pretty expensive. His latest IF was 250k on the market, so I expect SBC to be around 450k coins.
Speaking about Liverpool’s neighbors – Everton. Beto had one amazing month for them. Moyes unlocked him and he got 5 goals in 6 games: 1 goal vs Liverpool and United in 2-2 draws, 2 goals vs Leicester and 1 goal against Crystal Palace in 2-1 win. They went unbeaten this month and probably saved themselves from relegation battle. Beto didn’t have an IF this month, so his POTM would be his first special this year and it should be 86 rated for like 40k coins max.
Brighton had a solid month, if we don’t count their 7-0 loss to Forest (what was that?). After that game they won 3 in a row comfortably and I can’t find exactly 1 player from them to nominate: Mitoma, Pedro and Rutter all played well in separate games. But I’ll go with Minteh with his 2 goals against Chelsea and 1 assist in 4-0 win over Soton. Minteh got his IF for a game against Chelsea and it’s fun card. But his POTM should be 87-88 rated card and would cost like 60k. Very fast and decent potential POTM.
Crystal Palace with their usual midseason push and now they are 12th in the league. They found their hero, their legend. Mateta had an amazing month. 4 goals and 1 assist: 2g vs Man United, 1 goal against Aston Villa, 1 goal against Everton and 1 assist vs Fulham. Mateta just suffered a wild injury, but hopefully he’ll be back soon on a pitch. He also just got a Fantasy card, but I think his POTM should be close to it and rated 87-88 card. If it’ll be released – he’d be cheap. And BOOMing.
Spurs had very rough few month between November and February, but seemed to be climbing back after a lot of players returning from an injury. They won 3\4 games this month and lost only to City. Main hero for them in my opinion was Djed Spence. Right-Back managed to find an incredible form and was named MOTM in a game vs Brentford and Manchester United. Also scored 1 goal in 4-1 win over Ipswich. Spence would be fine POTM with some cool stats and cheap. Should be rated around 86 rating.

Honestly, it’d be a close month if not for Salah. Beto and Mateta had good chances, but Salah should easily win it, unless something like December happens once again, when Salah broke record and lost to Isak. We’ll see!
